As I talked with the owner Scott he was nothing but kind and informative. He reassured me that my car was in good hands. Having the video assessment allowed me to know that my car was in great hands. Cashing out and speaking to Vickie was the icing on the cake. I will be recommending Turner Auto Care to family and friends with no hesitation. I cannot day enough positive things about Turner Auto Care! When I moved to Rochester, I needed to get an insurance photo exam done and was told to go here. That one interaction was enough to have Turner Auto Care be my go to place for my vehicle. I can easily make appointments online, which is a time saver. It’s nice to get recommendations based on need and not just some auto industry guidelines. My car runs beautifully and it’s definitely because of Turner Auto Care.

Scott welded and installed a Super 44 muffler and exhaust on my 2020 F-150 twin turbo. I originally had a V8 truck and missed the beautiful sound of the exhaust. Scott pays attention to detail and performed top notch work. 800+ miles later the truck is still performing better than factory stock. Yes of course Scott can perform the regular duties of car maintenance but his knowledge and experience of knowing how each and every vehicle should sound and function is amazing...what he is able to do is truly an art.

Turner’s provides an honest assessment of your vehicle. They sent me a text with a link to all the details of what’s running great, what you can deal with later and what needs to be dealt with now. Pictures are included. This was helpful to me so I can see firsthand what repairs need to be made. The repairs were complete and done efficiently.
