I took my car it left how it came very poor service i was over talked when I know somethings about cars my problem with ny car was not solved I would not recommend them to anyone I don't see the work he says he does on foreign cars. That's not there specially i got no results! He did nothing to my car I didn't make it from the car shop !
I talked to Dwayne the morning after he picked up his 2013 Infinity with 185k miles on it. I have no doubt his car started acting up on the way home after he picked it up. Murphy's law really stings some times. We did drive his car more than a few times trying to get it to act up. I will say that I was not being as good a listener as I needed to be when he was explaining when it acted up for him. He said the car needed to be driven for an hour before it started acting up. We drove it for 20 min. initially and were able to get the check engine light to come on and we thought the codes we saw and the repairs needed would affect the problem he experienced with his 1 hour drive. We also let it run, getting it up to operating temperature and drove it for a total of an hour to try to get it to act up after the repairs. It did not and we agreed the amount of problems this vehicle has outweighs the cost of proceeding further with any diagnosis. We talked about pricing and the pros and cons every step of the way. He admitted he was angry when he wrote this and I don't blame him one bit. But, I also asked him that the next time he has questions or concerns about repairs, that he give us a chance to address it and make it right before writing a review. In the end, I am glad he left this review up. We don't run and hide from our mistakes. We face them head on. And he did say he would be back to service his new vehicle. At the end of the day, we did refund Dwayne 1/2 of his money spent. We both thought that was a fair outcome. We both discussed what happened like adults and in the end, compromised. Imagine that, right? I will use this experience to be a better business owner, father, husband, son and friend. Thank you Dwayne. We'll see you soon!
