Turner auto care is Awesome! I brought in my Malibu for service, they took lots of pictures and sent me a full report, estimate would be a couple of grand if I got the work i needed done, but they informed me that it was not worth fixing due to a rotted frame, what a honest shop! I will be bringing my cars to them in the future

This was our first time bringing one of our 5 household vehicles. Scott and Vicky were happy to ensure we were properly informed about their services and what to expect. Scott was open to explaining and answering questions about possible repairs and if/when they needed to be completed. We let Scott know that we would be planning on having them service our other vehicles when needed.

They are so compassionate, explanatory and helpful! I asked one question about a service I thought I needed and they navigated me in the correct direction. The app they have that shows you the work needed/done is awesome! Highly recommended!!!

$225 is excessive for a second opinion on a faulty o2 sensor that only confirmed the original diagnosis. A partial refund can be sent to 1625 East Ave #211, Rochester, NY 14610.
