great customer service. this place is always busy, but they are always very honest and will tell you upfront if they are able to complete the work that day or if it is better to come back another day. They definitely understand that their customers have other things going on in their lives other than hanging out at the mechanics, so it is nice when someone tells you upfront if they need to reschedule,
