We are extremely pleased with the condition and responsiveness of our Acura after the service that the folks at Turner Auto Care performed. Because of a serious mistake on my part, our auto would no longer operate. Following the recommendation of our AAA contact, we had the vehicle towed to Turner Auto. During the couple of days that the vehicle was in their care, they diagnosed not only the major reason we sent the car to them, but made a thorough evaluation of the overall condition of the vehicle.We were very pleased with Ray keeping us updated with the status of the required repairs throughout the process. As a result, not only is the initial reason that we had the car brought to them repaired, but the overall responsiveness and drivability of the car is much improved. I should also note that the amount of the bill we received is well within the cost that we anticipated. Because of the updates Ray provided to us, throughout the time they had the vehicle, we always felt informed and consulted about what needed to be done to correct the main problem, but also advised us of other repairs or updates that could be beneficial. We are very pleased with the effort they made to keep us informed and the attention they paid to other issues that were impacting the performance of the vehicle.

I have gone to Tuner a few times now for car services. They are absolutely amazing! They send you pictures of your inspection with details, don’t try and sell you unnecessary car parts rather they advise you instead to keep an eye on something and they are amazing customer service. Ray kept me updated and made the entire process simple and reliable. Will continue to always use them for my car needs!
