Good afternoon John and thank you for giving us the opportunity to service your son Ben's 2008 Ford Fusion. I was happy to see we didn't actually need a front axle like you had thought when we first talked. As far as us being extremely expensive, I have a different view. It is true we are not cheap but we believe in the old saying that you get what you pay for. Everything has gone up recently and the cost of our parts and labor is no different. One of the things you do get with us is a great warranty. Most of our repairs carry a 3 year, 36k mile warranty even though parts stores only give a 1-2 year, 24k mile warranty. We just believe parts should last that long. With that thought, we do not use the cheapest parts available. Generally speaking you don’t need the most expensive stuff either. We have weighed parts pricing with quality and that is one of the reasons we stand behind what we use and do. We pay our employees well and give them what we believe is a great benefits package just as anyone one of us deserves from an employer. We also require constant training to keep up with the ever changing landscape that is vehicle repair and maintenance. We are also very upfront and honest with what we see the vehicle needs, what it doesn’t need and how much each item costs before we get the ok to proceed with approved repairs. There are repair shops out there that aren’t as thorough as we are, don’t hold their technicians to the training standards that we do, have the same warranty as us and may be a more cost effective option for you.
