I was dealing with Turner Auto Care as a first time customer. I encountered transmission failure and knew the garage I normally relied on didn't do transmission work. I had to have my vehicle towed so quickly did an on-line search and Turner seemed to be the type of established, family operated business I was seeking. I phoned and spoke with Vicki, an owner. She was reassuring and completely transparent in explaining their service, diagnostic practice, and costs. The company was outstanding in providing a thorough exam of the vehicle, what service needs were identified, what they would recommend and what they would charge for each service. The prices were fair, they allowed me to decide without any pressure what I would authorize to be done, and performed each authorized service quickly and to my complete satisfaction. In short, Turner Auto Care exceeded my hopes for outstanding service, professional performance, and always keeping me informed at every step in the process. I will highly recommend them without any reluctance to family and friends.
