I had the pleasure of working with Turner Auto Care back in October, and I’m finally getting around to writing this review. Better late than never, because this was truly a 5+ star experience from start to finish. From the moment I scheduled my car inspection, the process was seamless. They were able to quickly get me on the schedule, and their communication throughout the process was exceptional. During the inspection, they provided a thorough review of my car, complete with detailed descriptions and pictures of any issues they found. What I especially appreciated was how they rated the urgency of the items—letting me know what needed immediate attention and what could wait. There was absolutely no pressure to get everything fixed at once. I had a few questions about the report, so I called for clarification. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, making sure I understood everything. My car had also been struggling to switch gears, and they not only identified the issue but fixed it as well. To top it all off, they followed up after I picked up my car to ensure everything was running smoothly and that I was happy with their service. This level of care and attention to detail is rare. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and professional mechanic, I can’t recommend Turner Auto Care enough. This small business is truly a gem. Everyone I interacted with—from the employees to the owners—was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!

Scott and Vicki are all about the experience. The staff at Turner patiently and professionally field all of my MANY questions about priorities, pricing, and progress updates. Even on the days they have unexpected things occur with their staff, Scott and Vicki push through until the job gets done and they return your vehicle to you. I appreciate their excellent customer service!

I have worked with Turner before and each time the experience goes well or even improves. The daily communication via text with updates was fantastic this time around. It's nerve racking not knowing what is happening when you aren't around the see; the details I received daily relieved any anxiety and made me confident of the progress. The staff is also very easy and kind to work with. I will definitely be back because I know I am getting good honest work on my vehicles!

If you are contemplating using this auto care shop or comparing it to another one to use for your auto care needs, STOP!!!! CHOOSE THIS SHOP!!! WHY??? The first words or thoughts that come to mind are: integrity, honesty, professionalism, customer-service oriented, highly skilled, affordable/budget friendly, responsive, communicative and knowledgeable staff. in my opinion, this was THE best auto repair shop that I have ever patronized. Customer Service Oriented/Responsiveness: My vehicle needed extensive repairs. Dan and staff conducted a comprehensive courtesy inspection that went from bumper to bumper. From day one of repairs, July 18, 2024, to August 1, 2024, when my vehicle left the shop, I received daily updates via phone calls and text messages on the status of my vehicle. Prior to the work being done and throughout the time the vehicle was in the shop, I had so many questions and Dan took the time to answer each one of them, thoroughly. If there were any delays on parts being shipped, I was notified instantly by the staff. Professionalism/Quality of Work/Budget-Friendly: I had needed many repairs done on my vehicle. I was sent a quote that not only detailed the repairs needed but included the pics of the problem area and an explanation as to why the repair was needed and if it was needed to be done immediately or could wait until late. This helped me to determine 1) how to prioritize/authorize the work to be done and 2) do so according to my budget!!! Ultimately, i decided to get all of the work done because pricing was affordable (to me). Each day the vehicle was in the shop, staff would minimally give me a daily update status phone call or text. If there were any issues that caused delays or unforeseen concerns, i would be notified immediately to determine the next course of action. Once after the repairs were done and I received the vehicle, it ran like a new car being driven off the lot! The quality of work on all of the repairs done is unquestionably the best and I could not be any happier. Again, if you are contemplating using this auto care shop, you will not be sorry for choosing them over any others that you might be considering. If I could give them a higher rating, I would!
