Went in thinking I needed to replace the battery on my 2018 Mini Clubman for about $500. Turner tested the battery and determined that it is still good. is ok and even though they had already procured a new battery there was no problem cancelling the replacement. Honesty is importent.

Best customer service I have received when dealing with my car by far! Dan was great and easy to work with. They pointed out multiple issues with my car, but for financial reasons I only selected a few to be fixed and they gave me no issue. I will be going back for anything in the future and have already recommended Turner Auto Care to people I know.
