It is rare to leave any garage or dealership these days feeling good about the experience. Each time I have gone to Turner's I have had exceptional customer service, excellent work done on my truck, good informative advice about things that may help extend the life of my vehicle or improve performance. And this last visit, even had a puppy to entertain me while I waited. Good honest people who care about what they do. Thanks!

I had almost given up on finding an auto shop with competent mechanics who actually care until I found Turner Auto Care. Every time I come I get prompt attention and my car gets the care it needs. I highly recommend Turner Auto Care without any reservations.

I bought my Saab new, one month later the company was bankrupt, warranty voided. Fortunately, I found Scott, Saab specialist and owner of Turner Auto Care. Scott has always been able to troubleshoot any issues with my Saab and has returned my car to me safe and sound. Wonderful family business and always a pleasure to visit.

Always professional, updates and progress reports make it easy to plan your day. Scott has forgotten more about cars than I will ever know, and his diagnosis is always spot on! Better service than a dealer but better $$.

Prices seem very high, not going back

Good morning and thank you for giving us a try. We know we are not the cheapest deal in town and we're ok with that. The reason we're more expensive is that we believe we give the customer more than other shops. We've been in business for over 50 years so we have some experience. Friendly and courteous customer service, honesty and integrity are our cornerstones. Also, most all of our repairs come with a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty which means we use quality parts and stand behind everything we do. So again, we thank you for your patronage and truly hope that you find a repair shop that's right for you.

Turner Auto Care is wonderful! They always find a way to get me in fast. Scott and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful and most importantly; honest. I never feel like I am being "upsold" or taken advantage of. Scott and his tech/service writer are always happy to explain what repairs were needed and if any are not crucial, which can wait, etc. Their labor rate is fair and they don't seem to gouge on their part mark up. Overall I would say they are highly recommended!

Went there for a photo inspection and it went smoothly. I was in and out super fast. Friendly service. They even had girl scout cookies on sale. Nothing I can complain about. All around great people there.
