First time taking my car there. Great customer service! Felt very comfortable asking questions. Explained the service so that you could understand. Loved the electronic notification of when service was complete with a link to review details & pictures of items that need to be repaired along with their comments/suggestions. This allows you to read through everything before contacting them to discuss and decide what to have done. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Will definitely be back!

Great service. No pressure

Hey Dennis! Thanks for the review and letting other people know about your experience with Turner Auto Care. Your 2014 Nissan Rogue was due for a little love. The Rear Brake Job, Front Brake Service and Brake System Fluid Flush were definitely needed. Let us know when you're ready for those new Tires, Alignment, Engine Air Filter, Cabin Filter and Spark Plugs, and don't forget about that Battery! In addition to the service that Scott and his staff provide, I like their new online app that shows you photos of the work they do and the work they recommend for your vehicle. They also do a nice job of keeping an electronic record of your repairs and maintenance which is useful to show that you have maintained your vehicle properly when it comes to warranty and insurance claims, and when selling the vehicle.
